Her latest collection showcased in Milan presents nice fusion of Victorian elements with military-inspired pieces bringing Romantic Utility.
Military elegance was prominent in military green dresses and jackets, cotton drill, pieced together in different military greens, utilitarian jackets with high collars and epaulettes.
Romance was prominent in dresses with dramatic silhouettes, impeccable embroidery adorned with shells, beads and mirrors.
Pieces including nipped-waist jackets and mid-calf skirts with a kick pleat, or the jacket and skirt inspired by the lace of a Victorian tablecloth, were attention grabbing.

Making the collection all the more exotic were ocelot print on a blouse and a full-skirted cocktail dress. Alexander McQueen Resort 2012 evening dresses featured gold glamor in corsetless tulle gowns, fitted lace dresses with gold detailing.
