Who Wore christian louboutins heels better?

Who Wore christian louboutins heels better?

Dita von Teese looked every inch the Burlesque superstar when she attended an Audi event celebrating the 2010 Golden Globes back in January 2010.She wore a sexy Jean Paul Gaultier Spring 2010 teal blue corset dress with a cone-shaped bra.Dita let the figure-hugging dress do most of the talking as she opted for nude pumps as her only accessory.Instead of her usual 50s curls, Dita styled her hair in a towering updo. Her signature deep red lipstick and matching nail polish completed her look.
Daisy Lowe wore the nude-coloured runway version of the same dress whilst sitting front row at Jean Paul Gaultier’s Fall 2011 Couture presentation in Paris last week. The British bombshell model rocked the dress in her typical sex-kitten fashion by pairing it with silver peep-toe christian louboutins spiked ‘Lady’ heels and nude cat-eye shades perched on top of her just-got-of-bed hair. There’s no denying that both these women look amazing as the dress hugs their seductive curves perfectly.
I’m not a fan of Dita’s hairstyle though as I think it’s a little too severe, even with such a sexy outfit. My vote is going to Daisy because I love her sultry attitude and I much prefer her shoe choice.
Tulisa Contostavlos was the first of three celebrities to wear this Alexander McQueen jacquard butterfly cap-sleeve dress within the space of a week. The new X Factor UK judge wore the dress last week to the London auditions with a pair of navy YSL Tribute sandals.
Khloe Kardashian and Serena Williams both wore the same dress on Tuesday night.Khloe paired her dress with a mirrored clutch and black louboutin shoes peep-toes to the HPNOTIQ Harmonie launch party in New York City.On the West Coast a few hours later Serena opted for nude pumps and silver clutch with her McQueen mini to host the Hennessy’s Official ESPY Kick-Off Party.
I can’t say I love any of them in this McQueen dress, but Tulisa wins for me.Khloe has an amazing shoe closet so she should’ve done better in that department.I’m not a fan of Serena’s clutch so Tulisa wins by default.
Back in April, French actress Melanie Thierry attended a private dinner in Paris to celebrate the opening of ‘The Art of the Automobile: Masterpieces of the Ralph Lauren Collection.’She opted to wear a Ralph Lauren Spring 2011 cream crochet dress which has a high neckline, plus crochet and lace panels handcrafted in linen and cashmere.
Melanie paired the summery dress with nude YSL ‘Tribute’ heels and a brown leather Ralph Lauren bag. She styled her hair in a casual bun and wore pink lipgloss.
Sienna Miller wore the same dress to attend Ralph Lauren’s Wimbledon party last month. The actress paired the dress with patent leather black boots and a black bag with an extra long strap. She wore her hair in a disheveled ponytail and added some bright pink lipstick to her look.My vote is going to Melanie on this one as I think she played up the romantic vibe of the dress perfectly with her neutral-coloured accessories and pretty makeup. The black shoes and bag feel too harsh for this kind of look on Sienna, plus her hairdo is definitely the wrong style for such a delicate dress.
Leighton Meester stole our hearts when she took to the red carpet to attend the 14th Annual Hollywood Awards Gala in this stunning Elie Saab Spring 2011 powder blue dress back in October. The actress looked incredible in her tulle cocktail dress which features subtle sequin detailing and a thin satin ribbon tied into a delicate bow around the waist. She was the first celebrity to wear a look from this beautiful collection.
Leighton played up the sweetness of the dress by pairing it with matching baby blue suede heels from the same collection plus a glitter-embellished Jimmy Choo ‘Candy’ clutch. She wore her hair in a pretty up-do with a few strands of loose curls left out and kept her makeup soft, wearing a coral shade of lipstick.
Astrid Munoz wore the same dress to attend the ELLE Awards 25th Anniversary in Madrid, Spain last night. The Puerto-Rican model took a decidedly different approach, wearing her hair in a centre-part bun and pairing the dress with electric blue Charlotte Olympia ‘Paloma’ platform pumps and an oversized cocktail ring and statement earrings.
It’s hard to top Leighton in this dress considering how lovely she looks, but she wins for me because I think Astrid’s hairstyle is too severe for such a sweet dress and definitely think her shoes were the too stark in contrast to her soft delicate dress.Leighton worked this pretty, lady-like look perfectly and therefore wins by a long mile.
